  I stopped in to grab a fountain drink a couple of hours ago. I walk in the store and I am usually greeted with a smile and words like welcome to cumbys or something along those lines when I walk in. Well not a single one out of the 3-4 employees said anything to me. So I proceeded to get my drink. I get to the counter and go to pay for my drink. That's when I asked the cashier how her day was and she completely ingnores me. So I hand her the money. As she's handing me back my change I say thank you and have a nice day. Once again I am completely ignord except this time she gives me a dirty look as if I had just called her a bad word. I usually love going to this store because everyone is really nice and polite. I would have just chalk it up to this girl having a bad day today but this is the second time in less than a week I got treated like that from the same employee. Mind you I am always respectful and polite to the cashiers. You work in customer service for god sakes. Show some respect for your customers. and by the way the employees name is maranda. So maybe you could have a talk with her about how to treat and respect your customers! Thank you!!!
